These great times

What a beautiful holiday we have had! And it's not even over!! This Christmas season has been one of the best. Steve and I have really wanted to make it a point to remember why we celebrate this great holiday, and to soak in the feelings and fun times we have been having with our families. Which is always most important to us! Our fun times have been endless, so amazing we haven't even been thinking about taking pictures, and if we have they have most definitely been iPhone quality, so bare with us :)

We have had so much fun! I am so grateful for this time of year and to have the amazing gospel in my life. Our beliefs are my foundation, and the foundation for the family that Steve and I have created. I am so grateful for a Savior who died for me for so many reasons. I get to live with my amazing husband and those that I love forever! I am grateful for forgiveness, for the many blessings & miracles that I have witnessed in my life, and know that I will continue to witness. I would not trade the comfort that I receive from prayer and my faith for anything. I love my life, the people that I spend it with, and have officially decided I am the luckiest lady in all of the land!

Because I am totally one of those girls who sends out Christmas cards even though it's just the two of us. and courtneytphotography is the best. I love her. and what she did to make us look good. This is just the start. Partake and enjoy the handsomeness of my husband.

Steve & I took a lovely (work) trip back to our lovely state this weekend, and it has just been great. I missed the palm trees, and the cool beachy air. We have able to visit some family and do some Christmas shopping. Im counting down the hours until I am done with my last final and my last paper tomorrow. (and counting down the hours until I actually start studying for that test, and begin writing that paper.. procrastination is working at it's finest right now).

One of my Christmas presents came a little early a little bit ago and I have been swooning over it ever since I laid my eyes. Nena & Co (check out their website here) has been on my hit list (in an amazing way) for the longest time, and I was able to be a lucky recipient of one of their warehouse sales a little while ago and my life has been complete ever since. Just look and you will understand.

When things don't go as planned

- you get a raspberry dream at swig
- cuddle up with your dude and small fluffy dog by the fire
- watch movies
- not care about school anymore
- eat things that aren't healthy for you
- veto the gym
- window shop (cause who has money to actually buy things these days)

At least that's how I'm coping this time. Curve balls are stupid. And shouldn't exist. But then again, how would we learn? plans are changing in the lives of Mr. Warner and I it's its sometimes hard. I don't feel like I can fully disclose at this point because normally I only feel comfortable sharing doubt when I have a plan in progress to for see some sort of success. But at this point we are in slump/waiting period, so I'm gonna keep to the above list until the semester is over...

and then I'll start eating fudge.

Jacob Scarves

A couple weeks ago I had the greatest time collaborating with the beautiful Kiri from Jacob Scarves. I love anything and everything about this company. Not only do they have the most adorable clothes and accessories (a hat that ACTUALLY fits my baby head - this is huge people), but their mission is what makes them heroic. I love that there is such an amazing cause behind this, and being able to be around so many people who had a passion for the same thing was the best!  (Not to mention that club alison is the raddest, and the largest size of swig drinks that we all downed made my heart happy)
